Gotta wait till the middle of the day on Friday, but at least it's a 3-day weekend ~

The Nindie game stuff got me kind of exited too, even if the majority of games aren't exclusive. It's still good to see all those devs taking an interest in the system, cause I think the platform's mobility meshes well with indie offerings.

It's a nice piece of hardware but only time will tell. From a game developer standpoint it's not hard to develop on but from a marketing standpoint it may follow Wii U's footstep.

First Nintendo console I have no interest in getting on launch. I'm just hoping Nintendo fixes the software issues that are currently prominent.

Honestly surprised at how small this thing is.  I knew it'd be on that end of things, but the main body is basically about as big as two dollar bills in a column without the joycons. I can see keeping this tucked in the corner of my desk at work, honestly.  JustDance2

The IPS screen is pretty slick and stuff looks great on it, and the seamless switching to portable mode is honestly rather awesome. I think it's neat overall -- definitely excited to see what kind of indie action happens in addition to first party Nintendo stuff. Now I just have to wait for a decent PS4 Pro bundle. I'd buy a Horizon bundle instantly if those jokers brought one here.

>not hard to develop on

Is that why it's taking until fall 2017 to port Skyrim a 6 year old game?

Let's be fair, we all know that Bethesda takes 3 years minimum on everything, whether it's a port or not
