I went last year.

My review: it was a thing that happened. Speedrunner people weren't that fun to hang out with.

The first several runs have already been great.

I've been watching this for years now, and I only just realized about 5 minutes ago that they hold the event literally like 10 minutes away from me. I had no idea lol, might look into going next year.

They tend to change location off and on. There was an AGDQ or SGDQ that was hosted in Denver one year.

I looked it up, AGDQ has been hosted where it's at atm for the past four or so years. The SGDQ's were hosted out west.

I'm more amused by the usual reddit hugbox attitude in that thread. People acting like you don't get told to KYS IRL multiple times a day in the US GAMERS, HUH? world.

It's always a bit depressing when it's over. But I do have a SHITLOAD of VoDs to go back and watch, which is always nice.

For the record, I thought the KYS comment that guy made was extremely fitting given what was going on. It just wasn't smart in general to say live.

I too have a ton of vods to watch. I started slacking on watching AGDQ from Thursday onward.

Also I generally find the Waluigi "Waah" thing rather funny.
