I use the default but for the soft cap for haste I put in 0.25 and soft cap weight of 1.37

if you're lowish on stats also you can go down to .16 or .15 for hit to free up some extra room for a haste tick and more mastery

Thanks.  Yeah, that's the issue right now, where I can't even get hit capped with the new trinket (replacing the TB hit one).

How much of an impact would going down to 15% hit be for Demo, you think?

Someone figure out a way to help me transition this thread from lolwarlock to lolweightlifting.

Since we were discussing the demon-swap method, I made a macro to see if it'd make switching easier.  Instant, works like a charm.

Code: [Select]
#showtooltip Summon Felhunter
/cast Soulburn
/cast Summon Felhunter
/petattack

I use

#showtooltip
/use [mod:shift] Soulburn
/use [nomodifier] Summon Felguard
/use [modifier:alt] Soul Link

Different purpose, I like it as a one-click swap with a forced attack.  But good idea with the modifiers; I should use one to determine the minion.

Thanks for this, I think I have something pretty workable.  Just need to get that muscle-memory to sink in, which was painfully obvious during Saturday's raid.

It's an odd play style, and I'm still not sure that I really like it, but it does kick some serious single-target ass when very little movement is involved.  Did 35k dps on the first boss in ZG with lust while Sour did 30k on his arcane mage and some random hunter did 19k; boss didn't even make it to the platform stage.

yeah the major downside is movement though. It really gets hurt from it.
